Welcome to Deals in Heels Happy New Year! With hundreds of thousands of UK women belonging to networking groups in every profession imaginable, NOT networking could put you at a distinct disadvantage. Deals in Heels in open to all working women in the island. It is not aimed at senior executives or high flying business women; we welcome women from all walks of life! Many women, it seems, struggle with the idea of strategic self-promotion. It smacks of shamelss 'politicking', more reminiscent of the Old Boys' network than the way modern working women do business. Deals in Heels aims to provide events and on line opportunities to allow you to network easily and comfortably with other business women. Only in women's networks can you learn more about female leadership qualities and how to apply them in predominantly masculine cultures. Networking with women allows women to gain the confidence to bring their feminine strengths and talents to the table. Women often encounter specific challenges in achieving business success and at Deals in Heels we understand this. Deals in Heels provides a method of networking that supports women, fits into our lifestyles and is free of the competitiveness and machismo of similar business organisations in Jersey.
